SHE/HER
“Whether you are just beginning therapy or are looking to return to therapy again, my hope is that you feel seen and welcomed by me. My goal is to help you feel connected to your most authentic self.”
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!
I am a licensed clinical psychologist focused on helping people heal from past experiences and connect with their most authentic selves. My goal is to help you process through experiences that have led to painful feelings and unhealthy patterns. In our work together, we will connect you more deeply with your emotional and physical self, identify coping skills, improve your confidence, and explore the areas that have you feeling stuck. Through self-reflection, compassionate feedback, and practicing new ways of approaching situations we will work toward reducing the anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and/or other concerns you’ve been experiencing.
