Fees for individual therapy
My fee for individual therapy is $150 per session. I am not currently in network with any insurance providers; however, you are welcome to use your out-of-network benefits. I will provide a “superbill” upon request.
It is important to me to offer accessible services. If I seem like a good fit for you and my full fee is not doable for you right now, please still reach out - we will discuss what a good fee is for you at the moment and discuss the sliding scale arrangement.
A Good Faith Estimate will be provided at the start of services and all costs will be discussed in advance for transparency.

A Good Faith Estimate is a statement informing you of the cost of services.
Federal law requires that health care providers inform clients/patients of the cost of services provided if they do not have or are not using insurance for the services.
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the cost of your services with me in your new client paperwork. This document may be updated after the initial intake and assessment process has been completed.
